We decided to take as our starting point the rich culinary traditions of Sardinia, reinterpreting the dishes, revisiting them and adding the creativity of our Chef, with a view to offering you the best cuisine, based on the freshest local and seasonal ingredients – the result of our research, passion and experience.
It is a long journey that leads to the table, where it finds its maximum expression, in the form of surprise and delight.
The Bacchus also offers themed evenings, which are all about discovering specific ingredients, colours or places both near and far, as well as cooking courses and guided tastings.
In the summer, the experience shifts outdoors, to the veranda and the poolside.
The Bacchus is open throughout the year, for guests staying at the hotel and the general public.
